After the incident, the cafe released a statement saying, “We are deeply saddened by the unfortunate incident that occurred at our Brookfield store.We are cooperating with the authorities in their investigation.”

Raghavendra Rao is a mechanical engineer with over 20 years of experience in the food industry. He is the founder and promoter of his IDC Kitchen. He runs the Rameshwaram cafe chain.
Divya Raghavendra Rao, on the other hand, is a chartered accountant. He holds a degree in Finance and Management from his IIM Ahmedabad. She heads the administration and finance department of her Rameshwaram Café. Additionally, Divya has over 12 years of professional experience. She is also a member of the Management Committee of ICAI South India Regional Council Bangalore Chapter.
